Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions forms a legally binding contract between me and you, so please make sure you're happy with them all before continuing.
You
Absolutely anyone is welcome to attend: mums, dads, siblings, grandparents etc. If you could let me know before hand I can make sure you have an additional spot to sit on.
Health and Safety
I have a full enhanced and clean DBS check for safeguarding reasons. I will do my upmost to ensure the environment within Baby Bliss is safe, but the responsibility of your child/ren is yours. Your personal information will be used safely and in line with GDPR Guidelines. The venue is not used just by me, so I cannot guarantee the safety of your personal items/vehicles. I do not serve hot drinks to guarantee the safety of your children, but if you do bring hot water for bottles or a hot drink from home, please ensure you are not using these around any baby or child.
Booking
You must complete the booking form sent to you before attending any session with me, even if you have been before. If you want to attend a class or special that is fully booked, please message me as I can see whether I can fit you in. Twins incur no additional fee. Siblings on specials are accepted, and you can use the discount code SecondChild for this.
Cancellations
If you know in advance when booking that you won't be able to attend a session please let me know on booking, so I am aware and can send you the video of what we learn that week for your use at home. If you have to cancel for any other reason, please give me notice of 48 hours. As a mother myself, I know that this isn't possible most of the time! So if you do need to cancel, please give me as much notice as you possibly can. I will send you the video of what we cover in that session. If I have to cancel a session for any reason, I will give you as much notice as I possibly can and videos will be sent of what we would have covered. If we are forced to cancel a session due to extreme measures e.g. weather, then we will move to a Zoom session online instead. Refunds will now no longer be given.
Photography and Videos
On the booking form you'll see the Social Media permissions. This needs to be filled out so I can ensure the safety of you and your babies. If you decide to change your mind with this permission throughout the course, please let me know as soon as you can. Please ensure you are taking photos of your baby/child only and must be used for personal use only (unless you gain permission from the other attendees).
All the information within my terms and conditions do not limit your legal rights, which includes compensation due to poor service or injury based on my poor service or negligence.
